Forest is an excellent speaker and facilitator. He has received top marks for his presentations to groups of dentists and staff members on communication skills. Forrest also did some value training for my region emphasizing time management goals, responsibility for attitude, the importance of strategic planning, and belief that you can achieve. His message about life skills are meaningful, no matter what your position. He is an inspiration to my team!

Forrest has been a positive force in my life since at least 2010. His Goal Realization program was instrumental in helping me set and accomplish some aggressive goals in my professional, Spiritual and personal life. Although we've worked together at Nobel Biocare for quite a few years I've considered him more of a mentor and friend more than a co-worker. Forrest is an amazing person whom trust, respect and admire. He is an excellent public speaker, coach and people developer who really knows he stuff but doesn't let it get to his head.

Forrest is by far one of the best professionals I have ever worked with. He not only has had the experience of running one of the largest Training and Education departments in Dentistry, but managed to do so while at the same time engaging those he worked with to become better leaders and professionals in their own roles. He is dedicated, hard working and has a unique ability to not only get the day to day job done, but also can pivot to expanding the vision of the projects he works on to help grow and accomplish the objectives in ways that enhance the outcomes. I have known him for many years, respect him greatly and recommend him whole heartedly.

I have known Forrest for 8+ years while working along side him at Nobel Biocare in the Marketing Department. He has experience in several business areas and the work ethic and enthusiasm to use all his skills. I have seen him coach and mentor others both formally and informally and was always impressed by how caring and understanding he was even when people didn’t deserve it. He managed and even excelled in situation of adversity that others would have quit. But his positive attitude and calming demeanor always brought clarity to a solution. The T&E Department he was given was underperforming and he turned it into the premier Training Institute in the Dental Industry. He was underutilized and his leadership, coaching and mentoring will prove to be an asset wherever he goes. I am privileged to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from Forrest, he is a man of integrity and would add value beyond expectation to any organization.

Forrest is a great asset to Nobel Biocare. He is passionate, caring, and always prepared for whatever task is at hand. Forrest taught me about leadership, handling challenges, and different personality styles. It is hard to find someone that is more prepared than Forrest. I am lucky to have worked with Forrest for two years at Nobel Biocare. He helped me become a much better manager.

I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Forrest in many ways. He provided excellent direction and time management programs to my team while he was an outside consultant. He elevated my team's direction and success to an even higher level when he joined our team and more intimately knew our products and solution offerings.
